Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the One More Tile mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using One More Tile ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store usage rules.
3. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional non-consumable In-App Purchases, such as removing advertisements or unlocking premium themes. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
- Purchases are optional and never required to play the game.
- Prices are displayed by the App Store in your local currency.
- Non-consumable purchases can be restored on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
4. Advertising
The App may display third-party advertisements. Ads are optional to engage with and can be removed permanently through the Remove Ads purchase. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Modify, adapt or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
6. Intellectual property
The App and all its content — including graphics, gameplay, code, audio and design — are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. User content and data
The App has no accounts and no user-generated content. Your game progress and statistics are stored locally on your device and are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence.
